We strive to relieve poverty by providing access to potable water systems and wastewater systems for communities in developing countries who are poor and in need.

Our water filtration program has been set-up to support the need for clean water in the remote towns of Anse-a-Pitres and Tete-a-L’eau Haiti.

The program has two main elements to it:

Firstly, Haiti Forward is committed to ensuring that the local water filtration system in the town of Anse-a-Pitres is operational, maintained and well managed.

The organization’s program ensures that the filtration system is operational and working properly to ensure that the residents of Anse-a-Pitres receive clean water.

Secondly, the program supports the need for mobile water purification systems for the very remote area of Tete-a-L’eau.

The residents of Tete-a-L’eau, a very remote community, do not have access to a systematic water system and utilizes a source of contaminated stream water for their water needs.

Haiti Forward’s water program will provide mobile water filtration systems in the community to ensure that water coming from the local streams are clean and safe.
